On August 27, the first day of the festival, branches will remain closed in states such as Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Odisha, Puducherry, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and Goa, On August 28, certain states observe a second festival-related bank holiday. Goa will remain closed in respect of Ganesh Chaturthi’s second day, while Odisha will be closed for the Nuakhai festival.
